1. Guaranteed
Lowest Fare - Bradford Travel will guarantee that the
ticketed price is the lowest available fare at the time of
booking. If a lower fare is discover you will be reimbursed
for the difference.
2. Delivery - Travel
documents and confirmations will be hand delivered or sent
to your office/home via Next Day Air Delivery. (No Charge)
3. Toll-Free Reservation
Number allows you to make or change travel arrangements
from anywhere in the U.S. without additional cost.
4. Satellite Travel Program
- This optional service will allow your business to benefit
with in-house computerized travel coordination, with staff
and equipment provided by Bradford Travel. (Minimum annual
travel volume required)
5. Internet - Bradford
Travel has developing a web site for our customers to access
reservations, flights, prices, hotel, car, and other detailed
travel information. www.bradfordtravel.com
6. Flight Insurance
- $100,000 automatic flight insurance with every ticket.
7. Hours of
Service - Bradford Travels reservation service is available
8:30AM - 5:00PM (Mon-Fri.) and 9AM - 12 (Sat.). If you need
emergency reservations our 24 Answering Service will supply
an emergency phone number to contact.
8. Consortiums - Bradford
Travel belongs to the Airline Reporting Corporation, International
Airlines Travel Agent Network, National Tour Association and
Travelsavers. These organizations give Bradford Travel combined
buying power and clout to negotiate huge volume discounts
for our clients. It also allows us to provide our corporate
customers with superior service wherever their branches or
divisions are located.
9. Hotel Reservations
- Whenever a hotel request is made, Bradford Travel will seek
properties that provide Corporate discounts. Confirmations
are provided with the name of property, the location of property,
the telephone number, reservation number and the rate quoted.

10. Rental Vehicles
- Bradford Travel always searches for super saver rates in
whatever car rental company our clients prefer. Any corporate
account numbers are automatically added to your reservation.
11. Monthly and/or Quarterly
Reports - Bradford Travel provides monthly and/or quarterly
reports to assist in travel management. Example: Itemized
passenger reports, Cost savings reports, Quarterly report
as well as any other reports needed.

12. Quality Control
- Bradford Travel will provide strict quality control to insure
that our clients receive the best service and price. In the
event that the lowest applicable fare is not used, credit
will be made to the next monthly statement. In addition to
the strict quality control in which all tickets must pass,
Bradford Travel provides an ongoing review of tickets. We
review all tickets which have already been issued for any
fare decreases. In this event there is a decrease, Bradford
Travel will recall tickets and request a credit from the airline
for difference in the airfare.
13. International Travel
Services - Bradford Travel's international travel consultants
can arrange international travel to include air reservations,
rail, steamship, hotel accommodations and rental car services.
We will also include: information on foreign currency exchange
rates, baggage requirements, custom regulations and obtain
the necessary international documentation for the traveler
when required.

14. Traveler's Itineraries
- Each ticket envelope will contain a detailed itinerary for
the traveler which will include name of carrier's, flight
number, departure/arrival times, type of equipment, class
of service, and meal served. The itinerary will also include,
frequent travelers number, name of reserved hotel, rate quoted,
hotel telephone number, complete address and confirmation
number. Rental car information is also detailed on the itinerary.
15. Customer Service
- This is the method by which Bradford Travel provides for
greater responsiveness to its clients' needs. We will assign
a customer service representative to be the direct liaison
with Corporate Accounts. The responsibility of the Customer
Service Representative will be to meet with these clients
on an "ongoing" basis and review operations and procedures
in order to insure continuing "excellence service."
16. Convention Services
- Bradford Travel will negotiate large volume discounts with
the airlines, hotels and car rental companies. Our toll-free
reservation numbers allows the client to access these discounts
from anywhere in the country. With large volume, free airline
tickets and hotel rooms are available.

17. Special Corporate Discounts
- Every agent at Bradford Travel is trained to save your company
money. Some of our savings methods include: Rebates / Overrides,
hard dollar discounts, airline incentive programs, senior
discounts ...
18. Many Other Service
- Just ask your account representative for other services
